What are the considerations in hiring a photographer for a relative's 100th birthday party at a restaurant? - birthday party arrangements
The game is set in a private room of the restaurant to take and have about 30 family members present. I am interested in financial arrangements and rights to make additional copies for family photos.

If it is really important, and is turning 100, I'd be a professional such as a wedding photographer. Wedding photographer is good at the right place to take the picture right at the right time. And are probably in a video full of discounts.
Have you the local news on TV? It seems as if they fell from 100 in one of the unhealthy cities in the United States would be a good human interest story.
A parent? I would be free, unless it is a distant relative.
