The only difference is that I prefer to look tanned with brown hair.

I have high cheekbones and slanted eyes with the average full lips.
The 5'5 / 6 or less, and I weigh 7.4 stone. (If this can help in some way?)

I think you should go with the second style, because it is versatile, and I think that fashion is higher in some ways.
You should definitely with the second, thin eyebrows. This is your face frame is so much more comfortable than the former are much thicker and could not really flatter you.
